Tinsley was born Monday October 18th at 10:00am! We were scheduled to have her monday at 1030am. We had spent the night with my parents Sunday night so we left the boys with them Monday morning and headed to the hospital. We got there at 9:00 and they took me back and said they had been waiting on me so all 3 of the OR nurses were ready to work on me so I had one at my feet one at my arms and one preping me! Within minutes I was ready and waiting! Around 930 they let me know that my doctor (dr.tackitt...hes the best!) was ready and the anesthesiologist was on his way and that I wiould be having this baby early! This was such a blessing because for the few days before I had been a little nervous thinking about what was going to take place. This was my 3rd section but the whole thought of surgery just makes me a little nervous! So before I knew it I was taken back and the section began. I didnt have time to sit there and think about it. It started off a little rough bc everytime I have gotten the spinal I start throwing up right after. They dont know why it happens bc my blood pressure doesnt drop but after a few minutes it was over and I was just waiting to hear my sweet babies cry.
It was funny this time bc Matthew has never looked before to see the surgery but this time they asked him if he wanted to take some pics of her coming out so he did. I will spare you those pictures but it was very interesting to see what they do! Anywho, with in minutes she was out and her cry was just precious! When they showed her to me I immediatly thought "oh my gosh i just gave birth to colton all over again!" ha!
We loved all the nurses and doctors that took care of me. I have given birth at Northside and at Kennestone and I have to say I LOVE Kennestone!!!! Its the best! We got to go home Wendesday morning and we have just been taking it easy and recovering. For some reason this recovery has been the hardest. I go to the doc tomorrow but I have been having a lot of pain in the left side of my incision. With the other 2 I maybe took 2 pain pills but this time I am having to take them on the hour. BOO!
We are soooo in LOVE with her and so are her brothers! Its fun being a sweet little family of 5!!!
