Camping

This past weekend we went camping with some friends and family! It was sooo much fun and a perfect getaway! Seriously, it was just what we needed and we have committed ourselves to camping at least once a month thru the fall. Having the time away from distractions and out in Gods beautiful creation is exactly what we want to do as a family as our kids grow up. My family camped so much growing up and I have some amazing memories from those trips!

Baseball 2013

Just a few pictures of our little all star Phillies player and the greatest fans he has!!! We have loved this season and Jr is literally in the yard everyday practicing. This kid loves him some baseball!

Going to the Chapel and we're gonna get married...

This past weekend my mom and dad, sisters and I went down to Savannah for a very special wedding! Our beautiful friend Lindsey got married!

In 7th grade my sister Buff and I met Lindsey when she moved here with her mom. She has lived in many places as her dad was in the army. We are beyond thankful the she ended up in East Cobb and on the basketball team with us! We became instant best friends and were pretty much inseperable until she moved to Virginia after our Sophomore year.

Lindsey lived with us for almost a year during the time she was here. We will always consider her a sister. She is halarious and loving! Kind and sweet! Beautiful and now she is a Mrs.!!!!

It was an amazing weekend. Incredible wedding. And so very fun to spend time with Linsdey's family who we havent seen in a few years!

Lindsey we love you and we love Ryland and are so excited to see what God has in store for yall and your new family!

Easter weekend 2013

This Easter was an amazing one!

First of all it is the most precious weekend of my faith. Christ death for my sins and ugliness but He is now alive and it is because of His love for me in doing all of this that I will live forever with Him. And until that day comes I want to live my life bringing glory to His name. No matter what. I live to bring YOU praise through every thing good and bad that comes my way!

It was also grand opening weekend for our new building at Cedarcrest Church. It was so fun and exciting. God did amazing things and it was beautiful to see Him work!
For the past 8 weeks Matthew has worked 7 days a week all hours of the day in preperation for this weekend! I am blown away by his hard work and determination. We are so thankful for how God has worked in his life through these past weeks! But, this wife/momma is happy to start getting back to "normal"!

Sunday after church we headed to my parents, mimi and pop's house! We had yummy sandwiches with both sides of the family and many friends! It was so fun to be with everyone! There was a big egg hunt for 19 kiddos and of course "confetti eggs"....eggs you smash on peoples head that explode and confetti goes everywhere!

I got a horrible headache towards the end so I headed home to sleep and Matthew took the kids to his granny and pawpaws for dinner! They had a blast but I dont have any pictures!

My grandaddy made us these baskets growing up for Easter and my parents carried on the tradition and made one for each of thier grandkids! Priceless!
