Cedarcrest

This is an incredibly exciting time in the life of Cedarcrest Church. Next month we will officially move into our new building! It been almost 9yrs of meeting first in an elementary school and then for the past few years in a high school. To say we are trilled and soaking it all in is an understatment!!

This picture was taken this past summer as the building was getting off the ground....

As Matthew and I were talking the other night we were overcome with joy as we talked about what God is doing in the people of Cedarcrest. The truth is, the church is not the building but the church is the people and the body of believers. So as exciting as it is to have a building, the most thrilling part for us has been to watch how God has worked and is continuing to work in the body of believers at Cedarcrest church.

We are super ready to see how God is going to use His people in so many new ways through having this building. It is going to allow for so many new and exciting oppurtunities for God to work and for His glory to be shown!

We pray that God will be glorified in all that happens here!

Matthew has been a big part of the whole building process. He is so happy and loves taking on this role. It has been stressful at times but he has truly enjoyed every part of it. It has been fun to see him in a new light. I have known him now as a mechanic, AVL man  and now a construction guru! Its awesome!!
